Objective:The human being is in constant search of the psycho-physical balance. This experiential laboratory will highlight how much man is connected to the cosmos and how to acquire the ability to keep his emotions in balance, so that he can "operate" with more harmony and awareness. The laboratory will include sessions of physical exercises aimed at achieving optimal psycho-physical energy.

First day:

• Welcome
• History of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)
• Practical exercises of Qi Gong - Meditation in movement according to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)
• Yin Yang/Energy Theory
• Technical/practical study of the meridians

Second day:

• Study of the 5 elements in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)
• Practical exercises of Qi Gong - Meditation in movement according to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)
• Acupressure practice
• Conclusions and closing
